The following guidelines outline the governance and purposes of the Montgomery Trust Lectureship, providing you with all the information you require.

Evaluation form:

Following presentation of a lecture, you are asked to complete the following form in as much detail as possible to help us monitor and improve our service. Full reports are required by the advisers of the Montgomery Trust.

Payment will only be triggered once we have received your evaluation form and expenses form.

Expenses claim form:

The expenses information you provide along with your completed evaluation form will trigger payment of your fee and expenses.

If you are interested in becoming a Montgomery Trust Lecturer, then please complete and return the following form and email it to admin@montgomerytrust.org.uk. Alternatively, you can send it by post to the address found on the form. Thank you.
